Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at CheriZubek.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., final sale items, personalized products, or intimate apparel). These will be clearly marked on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@cherizubek.com or call +1 (425) 441-3330 within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it to the following address:

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first. We will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
