Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 2–4 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, package weight, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (see product page or cart for current promotions).
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after shipment may not be possible.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping availability and rates (if offered) will be shown at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
